Management Notes for this Location: The flowers can be cut and dropped on the ground prior to the seeds being formed. This will prevent spreading by seed. Small stands of ginger can be cut out but spraying with herbicide is necessary with the more dense stands. Impacts: Competition: Dense rhizomes prevent growth of native flora.
