Heralceum mantegazzianum was introduced to the Czech Rebublic as a garden ornamental in 1862 (Mullerova et al, 2005). It was introduced in the park of a chateau at Lázně Kynžvart and has heavily invaded Slavkovský les (Perglova et al, 2006).. It is recorded from over 600 localities in the Czech Republic and continues to spread (Nehrbass et al, 2006). It popularity as an ornamental is the principal factor contributing to its spread (Pysek, 1991). 影響：
