    Cats, Felis catus are occasionally seen in the Centre Hills but it is not known whether this is a true feral population or just wandering domestic cats (Hilton, 2004 in Varnham, 2006).

    Impacts:
    Menace pour les espèces en danger: Signs of cat predation on adult 'Vulnerable (VU)' forest thrushes (seee Cichlherminia lherminieri in IUCN Red List of Threatened Species) and bridled quail-dove (Geotrygon mystacea) (restricted-range species) have been noted (Hilton, 2004 in Varnham, 2006).
