South Altantic
In 2008, practitioners working on Atlantic Islands including Gough Island, Falkland Island and the Tristan da Cunha Archipel participated in an Aerial Eradication Training Workshop in New Zealand. The workshop allowed practitioners to develop skills, improve their knowledge and see/practice island biosecurity measures. It also allowed people to directly interact and interchange knowledge and visions with practitioners working on invasive species management projects on islands from other regions of the world.
